What is the primary responsibility of the HR Service Employee Business Analyst?
The primary responsibility is to assist employees with questions pertaining to the SAFE Act Registration Process, validate and ensure accuracy of data compliance with the SAFE Act, and provide high-quality HR service through incoming inquiries.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, along with strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a self-motivated attitude to take ownership of issues and processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary, with the ability to complete VLOOKUPs, create pivot tables, graphs, manipulate data from multiple sources, and execute formula functions.
What kind of data will I be managing in this role?
You will be managing large amounts of employee and government confidential data, as well as performing data reconciliation and compliance reporting.
How will I communicate quality defects in this role?
You will partner with the Team Manager to ensure quality defects are communicated appropriately and timely.
What initiatives will I support as part of this position?
You will support process improvement initiatives and automation efforts alongside the Team Manager and SARC team.
Is previous experience in HR required for this position?
While HR experience is beneficial, the role primarily emphasizes strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a process-oriented context.
What type of reporting will I be involved with?
You will analyze reporting needs, prepare daily and exception processing reports, and compile information from multiple data sources for reconciliation.
