Responsibilities

  • Process and understand leaders, HR business partners and other stakeholder requests while simultaneously pulling relevant data from our systems or other sources to fulfill the request. Checking the accuracy of data, running appropriate analyses, drawing conclusions based on the data, distilling insights into a deliverable, and communicating findings to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and documentation. Partner with key stakeholders, including HRBPs and People Technology, to resolve data issues and support system integrations. Participate in ad hoc HR projects and lead efforts to standardize HR business processes for the Americas, APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for complex HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and executives, ensuring global consistency and local applicability. Provide timely data related support for HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and terminations.
