Responsibilities

  • The HR Specialist administers associate data, position data, benefits data and/or contingent staffing life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, data updates, and termination. The HR Specialist serves as a primary resource for Human Resources (HR) support and issue resolution. The HR Specialist also provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs to associates, carriers, and third-party administrators.
  • Problem solves and complete a variety of associate life cycle data management transactions.
  • Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by HR Shared Services and appropriately document case details in the case management system.
  • Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
