  • Als HR Specialist Recruiting tragen Sie die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruitingprozess von der Stellenanforderung bis zur Einstellung des/der Kandiat:in.
  • Dabei stehen für Sie die Sicherstellung einer optimalen Candidate Journey entlang des gesamten Recruitingprozesses an oberster Stelle.
  • Annhand verschiedener KPI und Feedback stellen Sie die kontinuierliche Optimierung des Recruitingprozesse an unserem Standort sicher.
  • Eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen am Prozess beteiligten Personengruppen bildet dabei die Grundlage.
  • Im Rahmen des Personalmarketings sind Sie für die Auswahl und Organisation verschiedener in- und externer Veranstaltungen, wie z.B. Netzwerkveranstaltungen, Studierendenbesuche, Karrieremessen, etc.) verantwortlich.
  • Die Pflege und Erweiterung/Anpassung des bestehenden Netzwerkes zu Universitäten/Hochschulen und weiteren externen Kooperationspartnern fällt ebenso in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Die durchgeführten Personalmarketingmaßnahmen werten Sie anhand relevanter KPI aus und leiten daraus Optimierungsmöglichkeiten ab.
  • Sie sind für die Durchführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unseres Onboardingprozesses verantwortlich, um neuen Mitarbeitenden einen optimalen Start bei uns zu ermöglichen.
