Responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau unseres internen HR Kontrollsystems und dessen Implementierung in unserer HR Organisation. Dabei geht es auch um die Implementierung und Einhaltung externer Vorgaben wie bspw. ESG/CSRD und VAIT/DORA in HR
  • Gleichzeitig koordinierst du Aktivitäten zur Einhaltung interner regulatorischer Anforderungen, bspw aus den Bereichen Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal, HR Arbeitsrechtlern und unserer Konzernmutter
  • Du identifizierst, bewertest und überwachst operative Risiken, um die Sicherheit unserer HR Prozesse zu gewährleisten. Dabei hilfst Du auch unseren Prozessverantwortlichen, wirksame Kontrollmaßnahmen neu zu implementieren.
  • Du screenst neue regulatorische Entwicklungen und unterstützt dabei, diese proaktiv in zukunftsorientierte HR-Prozesse umzusetzen
  • Du übernimmst die notwendigen Dokumentationspflichten zur Erfüllung unserer regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Bei der Optimierung der HR-Prozesslandschaft bringst du dich aktiv ein
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR und internen sowie externen Partnern, wie z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfern, gewährleistest du eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit
