Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating the HREX IS Change Management process between all Experiences and applications in scope of HREX and ABB global process.
  • Ensures maximizing the success rate of changes by properly assessing all changes and making sure those will follow ABB IS standards.
  • Coordinates IS changes across HREX. Coordinates proper change plans, manages change schedules, and monitors release management processes to ensure global alignment.
  • Is up to date and informed about any changes in the global IS that might have impact on HREX landscape and any global IS release that has, or might have, a major impact on HREX landscape.
  • Makes sure that all changes and releases coming from HREX are also properly communicated toward IS Change Management Process.
  • Serves as the key contact for any IS Change Management Process and supports in any escalation in this matter.
  • Acts in compliance with global IS regulations, corporate guidelines, and other internal control regulations to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Executes actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specifications, ensuring global governance and oversight.
  • Monitors and reports on the progress of changes, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are accomplished according agreed standards.
  • Supports HREX IS Project Management team.
