Responsibilities

  • Deliver secure data solutions by implementing access controls and ensuring data integrity and internal and external security measures are in place
  • Ensure databases integrate smoothly with our applications and related systems to enhance HR operations and data accessibility.
  • Database development in SQL, promoting accurate and consistent execution of repeatable processes.
  • Oversee local databases to promote efficient data transformation and interpretation, aligning with the goal of fostering data-driven insights.
  • Extract and develop reports from centralized data sources, providing crucial information for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop advanced proprietary applications and performs required application enhancements/modification.
  • Design complex logic and perform programming, coding and debugging of programs, modules and interfaces, utilizing multiple programming languages.
  • Develop intuitive menus, screens, scripts, forms and reporting formats and capabilities for client facing applications.
  • Design, create, configure and implement GUI components for a branded experience.
  • Facilitate data entry initiatives in collaboration with global teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across various time zones.
  • Develop automated audits to maintain data synchronization across multiple HR systems, enhancing data integrity and consistency.
  • Implement comprehensive testing to facilitate seamless HR system data integration, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Organization Management and HRIS teams across various time zones, fostering a culture of global partnership.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and functional teams enterprise-wide to deliver effective, integrated system and process solutions.
  • Engage with global GHRO partners, sharing process knowledge and system expertise to foster a unified working environment.
  • Design and deliver job aids, end-user training, and business process communication, emphasizing clarity and comprehensive understanding.
  • Provide effective troubleshooting and technical support for Enterprise HR Systems (SAP, D Learn, D Achieve, etc.), ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
