The HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting all HRIS-related systems, including those for applicant tracking, learning management, onboarding, employee & manager self-service, time & attendance, and payroll.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with 5+ years of HRIS or HR Practitioner experience, is required.

Yes, experience using Avature or other comparable systems (such as JobVite, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday) is required, with Avature being preferred.
