Responsibilities

  • Als HRM Servicedesk medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel medewerkers, leidinggevenden als de HR-adviseurs. Je informeert en adviseert leidinggevenden en medewerkers telefonisch en tijdens fysieke spreekuren over de secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, CAO, de HR-regelingen en onze digitale HR-processen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals:
  • het controleren van de ingevoerde gegevens en het verwerken van ingediende in- en uitdiensttredingen
  • het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en ontslagbrieven
  • salaris- en verlofberekeningen
  • opstellen van werkgeversverklaringen
  • verwerken van de niet gedigitaliseerde mutaties in SAP SuccessFactors
  • zelfstandig uitvoeren van complexe en/of tijdrovende administratieve handelingen
  • administratie rond ziekte en re-integratie
