Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders, and to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks, and procedures. Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Track operational and safety risks. Develop and manage strategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents.
  • Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports. Provide recommendations on how to prevent risk.
  • Monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account. Work with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify potential concerns. Communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible functional managers.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
  • The EHS manager will directly report to the PM and to Edwards EHS Global lead assign to the project.
  • Redact the EHS plant for the project.
  • Review that the design meets the constructability requirement to comply with the EHS standards.
  • Oversight the EHS management for the CM.
  • Audit and review the EHS procedures implemented by the CM and Subcontractors.
  • Weekly and Monthly report on the EHS metrics.
  • Conduct investigations on any EHS event occurred on the site.
  • Insure that the EHS standards are met after the commissioning phase is reached.
  • Review and Audit the LOTOS procedures.
  • Safety monitoring in collaboration with CM´s EHS team.
