Responsibilities

  • Represents the business voice, leverages medical platforms, and supports the implementation and maintenance of Medical Affairs processes and Performance reviews across Italy and Netherlands.
  • Is the coordinator of medical activities (e.g.support to CME events), including internal training and Management Monitoring activities.
  • Management of medical materials such as scientific slide decks.
  • Serve as LOC medical representative and Champion for Medical Digital projects to support transversal business prioritization exercises (e.g., Business Planning) and ensure follow-up of delivery.
  • Partner with Pharmacovigilance Manager in GSK.
  • Establish and improve effective LOC communication of medical Insights.
  • In collaboration with the medical leadership team and the capability lead, identify, coordinate, and/or execute training and roll-out of new excellence/capability strategies for medical teams according to business demand.
  • Coordinate and serve as scientific trainer to the VHL sales representatives/new MSLs regarding HIV area and VHL products utilizing approved Sales Training materials.
  • Follow-up of medical metrics & KPIs.
