Responsibilities

  • Partner with the GBM Private Business Partner team to execute against all people development processes, including performance management and promotions, diversity programming, reporting and analytics, year-end compensation, and organisation reviews;
  • Organise and analyse large datasets, interpreting and reporting results to various audiences;
  • Work together with functional HCM colleagues (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Compensation) to ensure the delivery of an excellent HCM service to GBM Private;
  • Facilitate the processing of divisional transactions in Oracle, including transfers (domestic & international) and terminations.
