Responsibilities

  • In this position, you will be a key consultant to the leadership team on all issues related to human resources and a partner to the HR shared services team on the execution of key initiatives.
  • Builds trusted relationships with the retail leadership team as well as key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provides day to day support to leaders on employee relations matters.
  • Executes talent solutions that drive business objectives.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Manages organizational design and talent analytics across the retail organization.
  • In partnership with retail leadership, develops local initiatives that drive employee engagement, increase morale, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity as well as attract and retain top talent.
  • Partners with the HR shared services team on talent acquisition needs and manages the open roles process.
  • Coaches and mentors leadership team and employees as needed.
