Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a trusted adviser to Asia-based colleagues and as a thought partner to functional stakeholders on the topic of engaging, overseeing, and terminating External Workers, with a focus on providing guidance to cells on how to properly engage External Workers and mitigate risk.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of External Workers engagement requests, as well as the resolution of complex individual Advisor cases. This includes the creation and maintenance of records in firm systems.
  • You will leverage people data to make informed decisions and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data, as well as proactively identifying and rectifying inconsistencies and driving process improvement. You will be a critical line of defense in ensuring the compliant management of our external workforce, flagging situations that could create risk. You will also play an important role in championing External Workers processes and programs in partnership with the global counterparts, GEO HR teams and functional stakeholders such as (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, etc.).
