Responsibilities

  • Will be the interface between the hourly staff and management,
  • Will handle all tactical aspects of HR, including payroll.
  • Partnering with business leaders and internal HR functions relative to employee engagement, employee relations, learning and development, legal compliance, immigration, compensation management, performance management, staffing, and measuring & reporting,
  • Supporting the development of leadership on-site to ensure management delivers on their commitments and mobilizes people and teams,
  • Developing and implementing HR programs to resolve business unit HR issues,
  • Leveraging good practice, sharing knowledge and experiences, avoiding duplications but customizing current tools and programs, and connecting with HR Ops to ensure this interface is efficient and effective,
  • Ensuring legal compliance with all local state and federal employment laws,
  • Providing business analytics to enable leaders to make decisions around talent management/development, employee engagement, and positive employee relations,
  • Project managing recruitment activities of the internal and external staffing support functions
