Responsibilities

  • Support all HR policy development and implementation
  • Creation and implementation of HR processes and systems to ensure a positive experience for all team members
  • Create and manage project plans supporting a variety of projects and assignments
  • Gather, analyze and report data with useful HR metrics
  • Partner with HR Analysts by supporting Salary Planning, Payroll, Benefits, National Health Services, LOA, and other related generalist duties
  • Serve as liaison by providing local HR support to all members of TBMNC
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Support all HR policy development and implementation
