What is the pay scale for this role?
The PayScale currently in use is based on the Agenda for Change 2023/2024, with updates for 2024/2025 to be confirmed.

What kind of experience is required for the HR Advisor position?
You need to have experience as an Employee Relations Case Advisor and advising on NHS Terms and Conditions of employment. Generalist and employee relations advisory experience within the NHS is also a bonus.
What kind of tasks will the HR Advisor be responsible for?
The HR Advisor will coordinate and support employee relations casework, provide HR and Case Management advice on issues such as sickness absence and disciplinary actions, and support the People Business Partnering team.
Is proficiency in any software required for this role?
Yes, experience and working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams are essential, as all cases are logged on trackers.
