Responsibilities

  • Regional Liaison: Serves as the primary point of contact for DEI-related initiatives, programs, and goals. Ensures consistent support and collaboration with various stakeholders to align with business objectives and goals.
  • Strategic Consulting: Collaborates with regional CHROs, HRBPs, ODs, TA, OpEx, L&D, and other key stakeholders to identify and guide strategic opportunities for enhancing performance.
  • Performance Measurement & Analysis: Develops, analyzes, and reports on regional trends in hiring, termination, and internal movement. Assists in conducting root cause analysis to drive improvements. Engagement and patient experience data analysis with DEI components.
  • Reporting & Accountability: Reports regularly on regional performance metrics and improvement initiatives. Provides insights and guidance to ensure accountability and the achievement of Leader Representation goals and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizes data to inform decision-making processes. Identifies areas that require attention and develop targeted strategies for improvement.
  • Rounding: Conducts regular rounds within the region to gather insights and use these findings to shape and refine regional strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
  • System Strategy & Alignment: Assists in driving the implementation of system DE&I processes, practices, and policies within the region, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and strategies.
  • Business-Driven Interventions: Leads systematic, business-driven interventions that prioritize both people and patient outcomes. Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions by comparing pre- and post-implementation metrics.
  • Employee Relations: Provides expert consultation and guidance to ER on employee relations issues with a DE&I implication. Collaboratively addresses and resolves conflicts systematically, promptly, and effectively.
  • Inclusion Council Management: Implements a standardized operating structure and closely collaborates with the council. Consults and aligns their initiatives with broader system-level strategies and goals.
  • Regional TRG: Helps to establish regional TRG chapters.
  • Regional Marketing & Communications: Ensures consistent and clear regional messaging, promoting alignment with the system brand and messaging.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Engage in regional MBRs, stakeholder meetings, rounding opportunities, and other forums to offer thought leadership and insights that help drive improved performance.
