Responsibilities

  • Participates in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Manages and resolves mid-level employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Partners with the legal department and HR Leadership as needed/required
  • Provides HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through the facilitation of regularly scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Assists with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters
  • Identifies training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needs with support from HR Leadership, as needed
  • Maintains ownership of one HR program to ensure success, following up to ensure program is kept up-to-date and ongoing training objectives are met
  • Other duties as assigned
