The primary responsibility is to assist in various Human Resource activities at the Salem, NH Plant, including recruitment support, employee relations, policy interpretation, and maintaining employment records, as well as optimizing workplace performance and fostering talent management.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment. PHR or SHRM Certification is a plus.

Candidates should have a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, diversity, and federal and state employment laws.
