Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations across all client groups, resolving internal disputes, conducting investigations, coaching managers, and recommending actions that address root causes of issues.
  • Partner with the HR team to build and maintain a positive and visible presence among all levels of employees.
  • Interpret, advise, and counsel employees and leadership on policies and HR procedures.
  • Use sound judgment and discretion while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Lead the recruitment process for salaried positions in coordination with Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Oversee hourly recruitment and ensure accurate job descriptions for all positions across the site.
  • Manage and work recruitment attraction, onboarding and retention programs.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and employee development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement programs that enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Research and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and operations.
  • Implement approved HR policies and conduct presentations on HR compliance topics.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance by partnering with HR leadership and legal as needed.
  • Act as back-up for hourly employees’ payroll process.
