Requirements

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured rotational program across various HR disciplines, gaining experience and exposure to a variety of different HR functions such as:
  • Employee relations
  • Operations and Data Analytics
  • On-boarding / Off-boarding
  • Recruiting
  • Learning and Development
  • Provide administrative support to HR projects and daily activities.
  • Manage applicable tracking spreadsheets and software to ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Assists Human Resources team with research, collection and analysis of data regarding employee trends
  • Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and practices
  • Collaborate with College Associates from other departments on a final project that will be presented at the end of the program
