Requirements

Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, time-management, and prioritization skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured rotational program across various HR disciplines, gaining experience and exposure to a variety of different HR functions such as:
Employee relations
Operations and Data Analytics
On-boarding / Off-boarding
Recruiting
Learning and Development
Provide administrative support to HR projects and daily activities.
Manage applicable tracking spreadsheets and software to ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible
Assists Human Resources team with research, collection and analysis of data regarding employee trends
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and practices
Collaborate with College Associates from other departments on a final project that will be presented at the end of the program
