Yes, PHR, SPHR certification, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification, or UPMC HCI Strategic HR Business Partner Certification are preferred.
What knowledge is required for this position?
Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local legislation as it applies to human resources and the employment process is required.

At least one year of employee relations experience is required, or a minimum of three years with a high school diploma/GED.
