Responsibilities

  • Leads development, execution, and monitoring of district HRPD strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with district and company strategic plans and priorities. Leads communication plan rollout to key stakeholders and participates in sector HRPD strategic planning process.
  • Oversees, executes, and influences the career management program in the district to ensure retention, development, and engagement of district talent, including assessments.
  • Provides coaching and support to supervisors and senior managers on succession-planning process and resulting plans.
  • Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for all positions, including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and/or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination.
  • Leads implementation, evaluation, and measurement of corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Responsible for overall compensation plan.
  • Leads complex investigations, including risk assessment, communication/implementation of recommended outcomes/decisions. Consults with key stakeholders and complies with reporting requirements.
  • Leads local market research and analysis for salary/bonus review cycle.
  • Responsible for overall accountability, execution and integrity of recruitment and onboarding programs. Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and develops strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline.
