Responsibilities

  • Administer and support a variety of HR programs such as onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee recognition, and leave administration.
  • Manage and continually optimize our HRIS (preferably ADP) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional user experience.
  • Innovate and lead the development of procedures for streamlining HR processes—both manual and automated—making reporting faster, smarter, and more accurate.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure HRIS data is seamlessly aligned with payroll systems and employee changes are properly reflected.
  • Use your analytical skills to create insightful HR metrics reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist our Associate Director of Talent Acquisition with recruitment efforts, from scheduling interviews to attending recruiting events and partnering with colleges/universities to find top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while also ensuring adherence to Sourcebooks policies.
  • Partner with our Sr. HR Director on employee relations, offering guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute engaging employee activities that inspire creativity and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Be the go-to HR resource for employees, answering questions and helping them navigate HR processes.
