  • Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese language skills a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG and Paylocity.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers Human Resources solutions to drive the business and culture by providing HR partnership for the business operations.
  • Interprets the understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and leadership.
  • Collaborates with the HR team to provide innovative solutions and drive execution of strategies.
  • Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, talent development, productivity, and recognition.
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and development plans.
  • Processes employee changes in HRIS system and maintains electronic employee files.
  • Produces routine reports to include headcount, hires, attrition, etc.
  • Partners with talent acquisition team and managers on job offers and the hiring process.
  • Conducts onboarding and trainings with employees and leaders.
  • Support and communicate the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
  • Completes other projects/tasks as assigned.
