Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including conducting HR orientation sessions and completing employment verifications (I-9 forms via E-Verify and HRIS)
  • Manage HRIS records, including personnel updates, time off assignments and policies
  • Reconcile and approve monthly benefit invoices; investigate and resolve discrepancies with providers
  • Conduct annual ACA review and update benefit eligibility classifications
  • Assist with FMLA processes and company leave programs
  • Manage offboarding processes, including preparing termination paperwork, maintaining employee files, and updating systems
  • Maintain policies, handbooks and company intranet
  • Run reports in HRIS to support HR processes, compliance tracking, and data analysis
  • Reconcile PTO balances quarterly
  • Provide administrative support to HR leaders
