Responsibilities

  • Act as a confidential advisor on performance management, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, right of reviews and investigations.
  • Interpret and advise on policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resource Management to all levels of caregivers.
  • Conduct employee investigations and make recommendations to business leaders.
  • Provide support in communicating HR Center of Excellence (COE) programs and their implementation to all employees.
  • Counsel client groups and facilitate conflict resolutions.
  • Support regulatory practices to promote fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Determine development needs of specific segments of the organization and provide developmental training.
  • Provide support in workforce planning, including partnering with talent acquisition and compensation to review requests (e.g., promotions, equity reviews and job reclassifications).
  • Monitor compliance with organizational initiatives (e.g., compliance modules, flu, engagement, etc.)
