Requirements

  • Sophomore or Jr. standing with declared major in Human Resources, or a related field with a HR emphasis.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in an office environment is desired.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
  • Ability to prioritize and collaboratively in a multilocation and hybrid environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruiting tasks by posting open positions, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assists with coordination of onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Provides support and assistance with special corporate projects and events.
  • Provides support with administration of internal company programs (recognition, wellness, education).
  • Assists with office/ corporate administration tasks as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
