  • Lead HR activity for assigned functional groups related to major initiatives including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Partner with Division HR Director to complete organizational assessments to ensure functional alignment with overall business objectives
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness to foster high performing, engaged teams
  • Ensure workplace planning and acquisition strategy is in place for talent pipeline
  • Identify and accelerate development of hi-potential talent through intentional and differentiated development plans
  • Act as a “culture champion” by promoting and embedding ITW’s Core Values in daily responsibilities
  • Additional projects as assigned
