Responsibilities

  • Plans, implements and oversees special projects to ensure the effective delivery of Division-wide HR Services. In this capacity, uses and complies with project management and portfolio management standards, tools, and protocols as defined by the HR Strategy & Operations COE.
  • Develops written and verbal communications and presentations
  • Develops reports to support HR Operations; measures the value of HR activities, contributions and results. Analyzes trends in HR Metrics
  • Coordinates HR meetings, agenda, minutes
  • Researches and analyzes HR trends and policies, making recommendations where appropriate. Recommends ideas to improve HR efficiency within the scope of the HR strategy and model.
  • Assists in the demonstration of service excellence to all customers. Ensures a positive first impression and professional appearance.
  • Conducts cost analysis on programs to determine ROI and program feasibility, identifies and manages potential risks
  • Ensures that timing, resources and sequencing of work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result cost effectively
  • Documents and analyzes lessons learned for sharing
  • Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships within HR Organization and ensures a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects
