  • Experience in employee relations minimum 1+ years.

  • Experience navigating matrixed environments.
  • Prefer someone who comes from an environment of 3,000+employees (larger-scaled employer).
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated employee engagement success with metric improvement.
  • Someone who has worked in a business partner model is highly preferred.
  • Leadership development training and knowledge.
  • Compensation/learning and development- deep generalist experience.
  • Experience presenting education and training.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change.

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.
  • Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
  • Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Assists and provides support to Human Resources consultants and team members with HR administrative processes as assigned.
  • Manages reports, spreadsheets, and other special projects that may require working with complex and high volume data.
  • Maintains confidentiality of employee data and sensitive Human Resources issues.
  • Works closely with the HR team to consistently deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers, and provide professional representation of the department.
