  • Serves as a liaison to the corporate hiring team, partnering on job postings, recruitment efforts and national initiatives
  • Ownership of all local recruitment marketing, networking and advertising campaigns
  • Operates on site hiring center - screen candidates, review resumes/applications, coordinates hiring events, and schedule hiring managers to support applicant interviews
  • Extends job offers, initiates background checks, schedule new hire orientation attendance, and communicates details
  • Tracks all recruitment activity, takes action and escalates critical resource issues
  • Conducts pre season and pre event ramp ups with hiring managers to understand upcoming event schedule and develops a strategy to address hiring needs
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
