  • Provide policy and procedural information and guidance on programs and processes
  • Support Directorate hiring activities, including setting up panels, preparing applicant binders, and liaising between the Hiring Manager and the Agency Office of Human Resources; Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities
  • Support Directorate Civilian Human Capital strategic planning and forecasting, promotion board preparation, and mentor process
  • Formulate reports, provide status reports to management, and compile and distribute material for management
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound processing of government personnel. Utilize records management system for tracking documents and ensuring all required documentation and processes are complete
  • Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role
