Responsibilities

  • Asistir y soportar a gerencia y al equipo de líderes con el manejo y resolución de problemas relacionados con Recursos Humanos.
  • Asistir a los empleados con las solicitudes y los procedimientos de transferencias internas y externas.
  • Vigilar y asistir a gerentes/supervisores con los procesos de contratación y problemas.
  • Coordinar y realizar las pruebas de estupefacientes, verificación de referencias, antecedentes, departamento de vehículos motorizados y número de seguridad social.
  • Mantener los registros de flujo de solicitantes, pruebas de estupefacientes, orientación y solicitudes de transferencia.
  • Crear y mantener archivos de nuevos empleados y personal e ingresarlos en los sistemas informáticos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Asistir con la orientación de los nuevos empleados.
  • Vigilar todos los procesos de contratación para que cumplan con todas las leyes locales, estatales y federales y las políticas y normas de la compañía.
  • Garantizar el mantenimiento preciso de todos los registros y archivos de empleados (por ej., documentos de entrevistas, I-9).
  • Soportar el procesamiento y mantenimiento de registros de nóminas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos, según sea necesario.
