Responsibilities

  • Artwork Production: Creating, adapting, and finalising assets for digital and print, ensuring they meet technical and brand specifications.
  • Retouching & Image Enhancement: High-end retouching, colour correction, and image manipulation across product, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
  • Versioning & Adaptations: Resizing, localising, and reformatting campaign assets for different markets, formats, and placements.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring pixel-perfect, colour-accurate, and production-ready files across all outputs.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with designers, photographers, and project managers to ensure assets align with creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • File Management & Delivery: Preparing and organising final assets efficiently, ensuring smooth handover to production teams, printers, or developers.
  • Create and adapt print and digital assets including OOH, POS, social, banners, and packaging.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, layouts, and brand application across all materials.
  • Work with die lines, print specs, and multi-layered artwork for production.
  • Set up and export press-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • High-end retouching of campaign and product photography, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Colour correction, compositing, and cleanup of assets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Adjust lighting, shadows, and textures to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Work closely with photographers and creative leads to maintain the highest quality standards.
