Responsibilities

  • Verification of access requests for applications, databases based on received requests for selected application.
  • Regular comparison of accesses of users in the applications, databases with the authorization matrix, based on monthly plan.
  • Monitors ticketing systems and escalates advanced issues and complaints from customers to more experiences colleagues or team leader.
  • Management of internal ticketing system based on received requests.
  • Solves basic access related issues and complaints from customers, troubleshoots with end users, asset owners, IT custodians and other internal support teams.
  • Fulfills tasks assigned by Team Lead.
