Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships and educate large-scale customers and distributors within Dollar, Food Service and the Natural Channel via ice cream category expertise and through applying best in class selling strategies
  • Manage the customer interface with key senior and operational customer stakeholders, delivering ambitious growth targets and creating annual joint business plans with key channel partners
  • Lead the execution of the 6P’s while maximizing ROI of promotions and trade and campaign investment to deliver aligned business cases
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Strategy, Marketing, R&D, Finance and Supply Chain) on growth plans and opportunities.
  • Leverage NRM levers combined with efficient operational and Route-to-Market models to successfully enter new channels
  • Successfully win competitive RFPs to expand ice cream portfolio into Front-of-House and Food Service channels with key strategic partners
  • Establish relationships via 3rd party brokers and 3rd Party Distributor Field Sales Reps where relevant to increase TDP (e.g. Natural Channel, Wholesalers, or Ethnic Channel).
