Responsibilities

  • Develop, update and monitor Takeda Key regional plans, ensuring alignment aliment with franchises' objectives and anticipating value creation opportunities from a portfolio perspective
  • Capture input from franchises' account plans and provide feedback from cross-franchise perspective
  • Define and implement action plans to achieve Takeda's objectives from an access perspective
  • Monitor achievement of results and execution of defined plans
  • Ensure access to Takeda's products in the key account and regions
  • Lead negotiation/tender/contracting processes in key accounts and regions
  • Identify innovative solutions to introduce Takeda's products in key accounts (e.g. pricing solutions, VBC, MEAs), implement and monitor
  • Identify and capture opportunities for value creation and development of Takeda brand from a portfolio perspective
  • Identify key account needs and value creation/brand building opportunities at portfolio level (e.g. strategic projects)
  • Prioritize and assign key account budget to implement strategic opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers/influential customers) in Kas, regions
  • Act as lead for the interaction with decision-makers (e.g. CEO, CFO, tenders department, pharmacy), teaming up with other Takeda functions to bring expertise as required to address stakeholders' needs as "one Takeda"
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration at key account level
  • Lead the Key Account Team, coordinating with KAMs, FLMs and MSLs
  • Coordinate the exchange of information and encourage cross-functional and cross-franchise teaming
  • Collaborate with other functions
  • Input in creation of product-related information relevant for market access
  • Gather insight from non-direct market access departments
  • Promote, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Takeda-ism philosophy and values
  • Communicate any adverse reaction as soon as it is identified to the Pharmacovigilance Department as detailed in the company’s internal procedures
