What qualifications are required for the Immigration Associate position?
We require a candidate with 2 years PQE+ or an equivalent level of experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal, with experience in both personal and corporate immigration.
What types of immigration work will I be handling in this role?
You will be involved in sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, compliance and right to work advice, EU settlement applications, indefinite leave and naturalisation, family-related applications, Global Talent applications, and client training.
Where is the team based?
The team operates primarily across Nottingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, but we welcome applicants from our other regional office locations as well.
Is there support available for career development in this role?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our lead immigration practitioners, Emma Morgan and Rachel Harvey, which will help you grow and develop within the business.
What kind of clients will I be working with?
You will be providing immigration advice to a wide range of clients, from household names to individuals.
Are there any specific compliance tasks I will be expected to perform?
Yes, you will be responsible for carrying out audits on right to work/Sponsor duty compliance, navigating and using the SMS, and carrying out compliance reports.
