Responsibilities

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • We are recruiting for an Immigration Coordinator role to join our European Shared Services team. This role will be based in Sheffield, however will work closely with our teams in Dublin.
  • The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s offices and the Associate’s and Paralegal’s in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks including:
  • Draft immigration applications
  • Save and upload government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
  • Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
  • Contact third party authorities by phone or/and email
  • Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date
  • Take on any additional projects as required
