  • Selbstständiges Bewirtschaften eines abwechslungsreichen Portfolios von Mietliegenschaften in der Region, sowie die Betreuung von dazugehörigen Miteigentümergemeinschaften
  • Kaufmännische und technische Bewirtschaftung des Portfolios
  • Erstellen von Reportings, Zustandes- und Kontrollberichte sowie Anträge an Eigentümer
  • Verantwortlich für die Wiedervermietung von Mietobjekten (Leerstandsmanagement)
  • Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Behörden, Mieter, Unternehmer
