Yes, the postholder will work closely with clinical, corporate, and operational colleagues within the Trust to ensure the sustainable delivery of the Improvement System pillars.
What responsibilities come with acting as a Business Partner within the Trust?
As a Business Partner, the postholder will provide leadership, expertise, and support to allocated Groups within the Trust, facilitating their delivery against the Improvement System Pillars.
Is there any opportunity for training or development within this role?
Yes, the postholder will be a member of the Trust’s Academy, engaging in teaching and delivering the Improvement System to support the development of Improvement capability across the Trust.
Where is the potential base of this role?
The potential base for this role may change to the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) once it opens, as part of the Trust's initiatives to improve care for the local population.
