  • Providing commercial legal advice and support across Boots, No7 Beauty Company and other businesses on contractual matters, working alongside a wide range of business areas in the UK and Ireland including Procurement, Finance, Boots Trading, Marketing, Ecommerce, IT, Logistics, Sourcing, Research & Development and Healthcare teams.
  • Enhancing awareness of potential legal issues throughout the organisation, enabling the business to grow and operate safely.
  • Contract drafting and negotiation in relation to various types of agreements including brand partnerships, software licences and support, software as a service, IT professional services, consultancy services, HR services, marketing agency services, logistics, sourcing agreements for Boots own brand manufacturers and sponsorship and brand activities.
  • Ensuring that any contractual arrangements accurately reflect the intentions of the business and that all significant risks are managed appropriately.
