  • To be successful in this role you’ll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning.   • You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you’ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
  • You’ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.
  • You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
