Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience working cross functionally in a corporate environment
  • 5+ years of experience leveraging people analytics to design and drive HR related programs
  • Proven success influencing the senior-most levels of leadership with compelling data-driven storytelling
  • Ability to work autonomously, influence leaders, build and implement solutions
  • Internal or external consulting experience with client service orientation
  • Experience in project/program management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications along with presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy
  • Strong expertise and understanding of trends impacting DEI programs in the corporate space
  • Ability to navigate complexity across various areas, including legal, regulatory and external developments
  • Proficiency in people analytics metrics and reporting using tools like Qualtrics and Tableau
  • Proven influencing and relationship building skills with internal and external partners and people from various backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the implementation of a tailored Inclusion and engagement strategy for EPD Teams including, but not limited to, the integration of inclusion into core people and business processes
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide guidance on evolving trends in diversity, equity, and inclusion and to recommend adjustments in recruitment, development, and retention strategies accordingly
  • Develop and maintain people metrics and dashboards to measure
  • Support leaders in implementing inclusion and engagement programs
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Legal, People Analytics and other internal stakeholders
  • Create programs and initiatives to drive engagement and retention of various underrepresented groups in EPD
  • Partner with business leadership to build bespoke Inclusion and engagement plans that achieves maximum outcomes and results based on the needs of the EPD teams
  • Partner with Communications team to create a plan to build awareness and visibility to progress and programs in EPD
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboard to measure initiatives.
  • Share people-specific updates at meetings and All Hands as applicable
  • Support team operations and special projects as needed
  • Leverage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support EPD inclusion and engagement strategy as applicable
  • Serve as an advocate for all Dropboxers and the various communities that make Dropbox a great place to work
