Responsibilities

  • The Industrialization and PP Manager supports design phase sharing production requirements and constraints, elaborates industrialization plans and leads industrialization tasks for better manufacturability of products.
  • Leadership in New Product Introduction projects including production qualification, contribution in the cost calculation of new products according to the defined industrial strategy and planning the production preparation activities including main industrialization milestones and reviews (PRR, PFMEA, FAI).
  • The role of Production Process management covers also CAPEX management: procurement of tools and means for the production; projects related to the production improvement (automatic test systems, Industry 4.0 / digitalization projects, re-layout) as well as coordination of activities related to the manufacturing processes: technical support and maintenance of the production lines (internal and external), technical data implementation in the ERP system (items, BOM, routings), production KPI monitoring, improvement projects based on LEAN principles, preparation of test procedures, work instructions, guidelines, active participation to the CCB (change control board) with support for internal and external changes implementation.
