Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the global influencer marketing strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with overall Brand objectives and Marketing goals.
  • Create scalable, innovative strategies to grow our influencer partnerships, increase brand awareness, and drive conversion across multiple digital platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers across all tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity), ensuring long-term collaboration and brand loyalty.
  • Manage and negotiate partnerships with key high-impact influencers and brand ambassadors, tapping into new audiences, exploring new channels, content formats and avenues for communication through mutually beneficial deals.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in the influencer landscape and identify new influencer opportunities that will elevate the brand.
  • Lead the planning and execution of diverse influencer marketing campaigns: from always-on collaborations to amplifying key brand engagement initiatives, occasions driven, or market specific campaigns. Tailor influencer partnerships to align with the unique goals of each initiative, ensuring maximum impact and relevance to target audiences across different regions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Organic & Paid Social, Brand, Media, Communications, Partnerships etc.) to integrate influencer campaigns into larger Marketing initiatives and ensure cross-channel consistency, developing compelling influencer briefs, campaign assets, and messaging.
  • Own the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimizing spend across campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring creative consistency, stakeholders alignment, timely delivery and performance tracking, providing actionable insights that drive improvement and optimization.
