Requirements

Responsibilities

  • This position performs assignments to develop professional work knowledge and ability and may act as a project team leader when assigned.
  • Perform maintenance engineering work by applying standard maintenance engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in support of the plant operating environment
  • Correct plant operations equipment and maintenance problems by applying experienced proven systems and procedures
  • Prepare project reports and contributes to project estimates by identifying activities, reporting project status, and performance
  • Maintain technical knowledge by keeping current on available systems and equipment for plant maintenance, repair, operations (MRO) management and best practices management
  • Develop and monitor scheduling activities by implementing and planning preventative, corrective, scheduled outage maintenance work orders and plans and schedule small capital work
  • As directed by Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manager, fulfill contract and Operating System Requirements (OSR)/Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP) requirements by ensuring that the duties and responsibilities of the project contract are clearly defined, documented, and followed by the Fluor team
  • Other duties as assigned
