Requirements

  • HBO werk- en denk niveau en bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding in een economische richting;
  • minimaal 1 jaar ervaring hebt opgedaan in een soort gelijke rol;
  • een goede beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office, Excel en ervaring met SAP is een pre.

Responsibilities

  • als inkoop assistent het inkoopproces van onze HEMA bed, bad en woonartikelen
  • ondersteuning aan de inkoper om producten tegen juiste prijs en binnen HEMA kwaliteitsnormen en waarden in te kopen. En dit doe je over de hele wereld.
  • dat de input van leveranciers wordt verwerkt in de HEMA inkooptools.
  • assistentie bij de sourcing en de producten inkoop klaar maken.
  • het managen van order- en leveranciersprocessen.
  • dagelijks contact met onze leveranciers en buitenlandse kantoren/-agenten
  • ondersteuning bij de analyses op prijsverloop, leveranciersforcast, commodities en markt onderzoek op gebieden als materialen, duurzaamheid en productielanden.
